• Fraud or Misrepresentation:

No legal document is going to say "will be"......that is putting a noose around your neck.

    But yes those on frozen it is a somewhat a bitter pill to swallow     CARRY ON and KEEP CALM  lol

 Your level-headedness may help them gain perspective and calm down., tell them to cook some sausages

 

Avoid Defensiveness: Don’t make excuses or get defensive. Remain neutral. If an apology is warranted later, offer a sincere one lol. But in the heat of the moment, stay centered.,counting all that unfrozen money ,winter fuel and X mas bonus  flooding in   Seek Support by doing this:  

Get them to talk to a friend or family member to decompress. Their anger and insults say more about them which is true "  thick as pigs.hit comes to mind", so don’t internalize them. Release any negative feelings so you can remain detached and wonderfully gleefully happy with your unfrozen pension well done you, and you especially ,true and in control of your own reactions.

Remember, you deserve respect and kindness, even when the frozen pensioners display are struggling desperately, perhaps doing self harm, hopefully suicidal, with their uncontrollable emotions1.

I called the DWP today and mentioned the OP,s topic on here and yes they are aware of it they said....however they advised me to take no notice whatsoever in his ramblings......they then went on to wish me and any other British expat pensioners here a very happy Xmas and prosperous New Year.....👍
