I went to https://gov.immigration1.queueonline.net/appointment/login.html?v28  to make an appointment for extension based on retirement. The system shows Booking period: Nov 23, 2024 - Dec. 22, 2024 (FULL). But I can't seem to move the calendar from November to December or January to choose another date. My extensions expires Feb.  so I have time. But shouldn't I be able to make an appointment for late Dec. or Jan. now? I know that I can go in 45 days before.

You have correct link to appointment.

You can only book one month in advance so wait till closer to expiry of current permission of stay

I also just tried. Same issue..

If appointment not possible even closer to expiry then you could try this...(has worked for me when appointment not possible)

Arrive CW just prior to lunch break to obtain que ticket.

Then use lunch break to obtain the "banking stuff" and do photocopies etc level 1.

The ticket allows you to enter quickly at 1pm.

I think this is normal.  1 month ahead seems to be the limit.  If you change the reason for the appointment you get different results but nothing after 20 December.

Thanks. If the whole month ahead from today is full I am worried what the situation will be when I go in late Dec. for a Jan. slot. Last year the process was a breeze. Plenty of open slots. Weird there's not one showing for the whole next 30 days.

Yes.

My most recent extension (retirement) was Nov 5 and I had no issue making appointments few weeks prior.

I made back to back appointments for TM47 and annual extension.

Tip for others: if doing 90 day report in addition to extension you must do extension first.

As I posted earlier no appointment is not end of the world. Many suggest go very early to obtain que ticket to obtain que ticket.

Personally I never do that.
