snoop1130 Posted yesterday at 11:08 AM Posted yesterday at 11:08 AM Early this morning, a 23 year old Belarusian tourist was rushed to Patong Hospital with two broken legs and other serious injuries after an attempt to climb up to her hotel room ended disastrously. Rescue workers and Patong Police arrived at the hotel on Nanai Road around 4am, today, November 22, to find the tourist conscious but clearly in agony, sprawled on the ground behind the building. According to Patong Police, the woman—a Belarusian national whose identity has been confirmed—had returned from a night out but realised she had left her room key behind. Instead of waking hotel staff, she attempted to climb the building’s fire escape to access her second-floor room. Police report that the tourist’s plan went wrong due to her intoxicated state. She lost her footing and plunged from the fire escape, sustaining multiple injuries upon impact. Emergency responders from the Kusoldharm Foundation provided immediate first aid before rushing her to the hospital, where she is now receiving further treatment. Police are conducting an ongoing investigation to confirm no foul play was involved, reported Phuket News.
