Featured Replies

Hello,

Does anyone knows what's currently the easiest boarder crossing from Cambodia to Thailand?

I mean for people who has frequent travel history to Thailand.

I have a multiple entry tourist visa, never overstayed, never was denied entry.

This thread mentions alternative to using Poi Pet.

I am aware of this thread and similar ones.

The problem is they are often old and things may change even within month/s not to mention years

I am more interested in new, current situation, experiences.

If I followed old thread advises Chom Chong seems to be more friendlier than other boarding crossings

Anyway thank you for your reply.

Yes, that's a relaxed and friendly border crossing. From Siem Reap, it's easy to get there by taxi (shared taxi if you want to save money, private taxi otherwise). Once you've crossed into Thailand, you can again take a taxi - or a van - to Surin.
