Posing a business question/Topic

I haven't used Thai visa or aseannow in a long time.  

 

There used to be a forum called general topics, it doesn't seem to be here. 

 

I want to ask a question about business in Thailand, specifically for people who are fluent in Thai, Japanese and English. 

 

But I can't find how or where to start this question.
