Hello. Does anybody knows can my husband and sonΒ  be attached to my Non B visa (which is going to last 3 months) and which paperwork do we need for that? Also is it a better option to go to Thai consulate in Kota Bharu or Penang? Thank you in advance πŸ™πŸΌ

You can only get dependent visas based on a work visa if your employer supports it.Β  They will have to provide paperwork to you that allows you to get these.

As @BrandonJTΒ says, you'll need to get all the paperwork from your Employer, including legalised marriage and birth certificates.

Β

However, if you're only staying in Thailand for 3 months, why don't they just get tourist visas?

For a 3 month stay just enter visa exempt (60 day stamp)Β

Followed by 30 day extension (1900b)Β

Hello. I will get my non B visa which lasts 3 months, after that it will be extended for 1 year and my employer is doing paperwork for that. I was wondering if my husband and son can be attached right away on my non B visa and which paperwork is needed for that? We have legalized marriage certificate but we dont have legalized birth certificate of our son? Can that be somehow finished here in Thailand?
