November 28, 20241 yr My condo in central Pattaya (Soi 15, Urban) is now approaching 15 years old and I need to renovate. I know I can get floors re-done by Home-pro along with bathrooms re-tiled, but can anyone recommend a company that can manage and complete the entire re-furb? I'd prefer to go away for a month and have it all done when I get back so not looking for cheapest option or having to supervise every day. It's 100sqm, needs new kitchen, new vinyl floor planks, bathroom floor tiles and a full re-paint. Any advice appreciated Edited November 28, 20241 yr by Pattaya57
November 30, 20241 yr Hello, my name is Goi, I am a renovation and built-in furniture company based in Nakhon Prathom and right now I also have project in Sattahip, Chonburi. I see you are looking for a renovation company. I would like to present work from our company which we do private house, resident condominium and hotel. I’m new to this forum. the way we work is we have proper contract with clear BOQ (bill of quality and price) and detail works of each payment as professional ( can send example). And I would like your contact so I can send portfolio and reference of my company. Thank you very much. Looking forward to work with you. Petchvichian Interior Studio Co,.Ltd
November 30, 20241 yr Respectfully suggest that you stay and supervise.....saving any possible heartache afterwards 👍

That would be the worst thing you could do. You need to be around to check on the quality of work being done.
December 1, 20241 yr You have to stay as others have said, high chance of misunderstanding and they build something you didn't want

I've bought 3 properties off the plan including this Condo so sort of looked at it like that where I just checked at the end if I could find a highly recommended contractor

December 1, 20241 yr DIY, is the best way. But, ok if you can't do. Who ever you chose to do the work. only do it in stage payments. but can give 25% materials cost after first 2 days of work. Happy renovations, using local professionals .

Any advice appreciated I dont recommend you taking off for a month or two while the work gets done, be there every day and check, especially at the finishing stages, its a bit late to rectify something when its completed, by turning up even twice a day will save a lot of heartache and resentment later.
