A drunk Thai man offered a lift to an equally intoxicated woman he met on a roadside in the central province of Chachoengsao but failed to get her home because he crashed his car into a traffic barrier. Three people in the vehicle suffered mild injuries.

Thailand Ranks 9th in Global Instant Noodle Consumption, with 4 Billion Packs a Year

The World Instant Noodles Association (WINA) has announced that Thailand is the ninth largest consumer of instant noodles in the world. Released on December 2, the list ranks the top 15 countries based on their annual instant noodle consumption. In Thailand, people consume around 4 billion packets each year.
