Man Found Dead in Truck: Police Suspect Health Issues

In a tragic discovery, a 32-year-old man was found dead in his pickup truck parked at a worker dormitory in Kamala, Phuket, on December 1. The heartbreaking scene was stumbled upon by his wife, Suwimon Taothipphumirak, who notified local police.

 

Officers from Kamala arrived swiftly at 11:30 AM to find a white Isuzu pickup with its engine still running. Inside was the lifeless body of Wuttichai Hwanhwang from Krabi province. His wife disclosed that Wuttichai had been dealing with Hepatitis B, which may have played a role in his sudden death.

 

Phuket News reported that a forensic doctor from Vachira Phuket Hospital assessed the scene. There were no signs of foul play or struggle, suggesting a natural cause of death.

 

 

After their initial investigation, authorities handed over the body to the Phuket Kusoldharm Foundation, which transported it to Vachira Phuket Hospital for a post-mortem examination to confirm the cause of death.

 

While the police continue their inquiries, no evidence as yet indicates any foul play, leaving the community in mourning as they await more answers.
