Not a single person knows what Trump was convicted of in that Merchan case. It was an expired misdemeaner. Contrast that to bagman Hunter collecting tens of millions from enemy states where VP joe had power and influence. Money flowed in from China, Russia and the Ukraine and savvy observers recognize this trashed US alphabet agencies in their desperation to cover it up and bidens weakness and compromised state led to WW3. Cheers bidens and the left, nice one.

It's a simple example of the Complex Question fallacy. I.e., nonsensical. Trump isn't a convicted felon or even convicted of anything, as a judgement of guilt hasn't been entered. The judge can, and may, dismiss the entire case. You don't dismiss a conviction; you overturn it. And if Trump were convicted, he'd immediately appeal. He can't. NY evidently will call a mere verdict a "conviction," but it's rather nonsensical. Note that our leftists don't accept NY law when it comes to the supposed assault and insist that it's "rape."

 

Hunter is now immune from prosecution for any and all crimes from the last 10 years! What corruption.

Right because Biden never said a thing when Trump was on trial. he knew that the sitting president commenting about ongoing incvestigations and lega; proceedings, especially those of his political opponent would be wildly inappropriate.

The very first day that Trump is in office he will be issuing pardons to all the January 6th participants that were convicted of crimes. 

Almost all US President's issue pardons, especially at the end of their terms.  Nothing new here other than it was a President's son that was pardoned.

Not sure, but if a President issues a pardon, then that is covering whatever the pardon is for.

What Trump has been convicted for is still awaiting sentencing. He has had no convictions thrown out that I know of. Biden actually was convicted of and/or pled guilty to charges.

Conveniently covers everything, charged or not, that may have been committed from Jan 01 2014,,,,,,,,,,,,,five months before taking a seat on the Burisma board, until a few days ago.
