As most know Grab added that 3% foreign card fee a year ago, sometimes when you do a big food delivery order none of the drivers will accept the order if they have to put down a bunch of cash for you. Is there any way to buy some local burner debit card that you could top up at 7-11 or Topps? Or can you just top up a balance there?

 

I see a bunch of other options like Grab Wallet, TrueMoney, Alipay, and Kakao Pay

 

Can any of these accomplish us being able to avoid the 3% foreign fee, get the food order booked so we don't have to wait for a driver who has a bunch of cash on them, and keep us out of the local banking system?
