My Zircon UPS died, no lights on the display.    There is a reset switch on the back no accessibile fuse although I will take the cover off later.

Synex are the agents for zircon - if its within a year, just drop it into the local branch of Synnex - they were really good when mine didnt have any power.

My Zircon Hybrid 1000, bought via Lazada, has a 2 year on-site warrant. Took a while to register it on Line.

Mine is 4.5 years old.  It doesn't get used all the time because I am only in Thailand up to 4 months a year.

Its pointless worrying about warrantee work then - you can go to Amorn and they will fit a new battery for you.

I think the front display would light up even if the battery was dead.  I am a tech (software mainly) so I am competent to change batteries

Maybe a chance to give my just arrived new multimeter a run out.

I had the same problem on my Zircon UPS Model Pi-RGB yesterday, when I reconnected my UPS after not using it for a while. The troubleshooting section in the manual says it could be a low or problematic battery.

I followed the instructions for (2) - Charge the battery with zero load. After a while there was a beep and the front display appeared once more. I'm leaving it to charge for 6-8 hours (or until the battery level is at the max) as per the instructions.
