Do Any Thai Banks Have Debit Cards With Your Name Imprinted?

I wonder if this is just a thing they do to foreigners?  The other question is why don't they do it?

Mine does.Kbank debit card with Visa logo.

My name is printed on the front but not boldly embossed.

Issued a couple years ago.  I opened the account in 1991, South Pattaya branch....
