A shocking incident unfolded when a bullet fired into the sky during new year celebrations came crashing through the roof, narrowly missing a woman’s head in Sri Banphot, Phatthalung. A 36 year old woman reported the incident to the Sri Banphot Police Station, presenting the bullet as evidence. The event occurred just minutes after midnight, during the new year countdown, when a 9-millimetre bullet pierced their roof.
