Single Overstay Incident: If you've overstayed only once and have settled any associated fines, you may still be eligible for the Thai Elite Visa. During the background check, Thai immigration authorities will review your overstay record. They may request documentation such as the passport page showing the overstay period, the fine amount, and proof of payment. A single, resolved overstay typically doesn't disqualify an applicant.

Multiple Overstay Incidents: Applicants with multiple overstay records may face challenges. The Thai Elite Visa program tends to disqualify individuals with more than one overstay on their record, regardless of whether an approval letter has been issued. Such applicants might be rejected at the immigration office when they arrive to have their privilege entry visa affixed.

With a previous overstay, can I apply for an Elite visa or not? Thanks.

Was there only one overstay.

How long?

When?

Out of interest have you looked at other options recently added to the menu...LTV, DTV, etc.

The LTV age min 50. DTV min age 20.

Many feeling (not all) that PE visa dead duck in water.

EDIT: OP you made a vague thread regarding renew pp and overstay in April last year.

https://aseannow.com/topic/1325486-can-renew-a-passport-while-in-overstay/

You would not even state pp country.

Suggest more details in this thread to gain advice.
