Well it seems that those handed preemptive pardons can not "plead the Fifth" (self-incrimination) so expect the DOJ and Senate to bring these people in for questioning in order to clear the air.  Ok - so you have a pardon, now you can come 100% clean, but lie?  Prison.  We'll see.

By providing a pardon for crimes committed during the period 2014 to 2024 (2014 being the year that Fauci illegally approved the 'gain of function' research) Biden actually did let the 'cat out of the bag'.

All that's needed now is to subpoena Fauci and interrogate him.

And Fauci will then have to decide on one of two options:

#1 - Keep on lying, but there is now already such a mountain of evidence, that it would be relatively easy to have him convicted for perjury, and a hefty jail-sentence.  Because that perjury would take place AFTER the pardon, as Biden could not - even if he wanted to - provide a pardon for future crimes.

True, he cannot be convicted anymore for the lies he made under oath earlier to his pardon, nor for any other federal crimes he committed during that TEN (!) year period. 

But if that preemptive pardon would be interpreted as that Fauci cannot even be supoena-ed, that would be absolutely outrageous as it would mean that he cannot even be heard in an investigation.

#2 - Fauci finally speaking the truth and admitting to what he did in the period 2014-2024, as due to the pardon he cannot be convicted for anything he did during the 2014-2024.  But obviously that would mean uncovering all those that were complicit in his crimes (Collins, Daszak, etc.).

So when our Tony gets a fatal accident or gets sick leading to a sudden and unexpected demise, the Deep State will have prevented worse for them...

From what I have read on other blogs, Fauci is only pardoned on the federal level but not the state level nor protected from civil suits.

 

I agree that he will need ‘witness protection’…not only from whomever he might implicate, but also from someone who was either harmed by the vaccines or had a family member who died due to their falling for his manipulative rhetoric (I am the science!) and flat out lies.  I doubt that people will believe the “we did the best we could with the information we had at the time” load of dung either.
