A fire started to clear roadside grass spread rapidly, igniting the base of a tree and causing it to fall into a road in Suphan Buri province. This resulted in a multi-vehicle crash involving three cars and left one person injured.

The incident occurred at 06:20 on 27 January, on the Makham Lom-Kao Hong route near Klong Kwai bridge in Bang Pla Ma District. The Suphan Buri Nean Kaew Highway Rescue Association and other emergency services responded to the scene after receiving reports of the crash..

At the site, three vehicles were found to have collided with the fallen tree:

3. A gray Isuzu pickup truck (Nakhon Nayok license plate):

The driver of the honda, a male, suffered injuries including cuts on his nose and forehead, as well as dizziness, as the tree fell directly onto the roof of his car, crushing it. However, he was conscious and alert.
