February 5, 20251 yr Hi all, will be in Pattaya all of February. Always rented in Jomtien so don’t know the ropes of Pattaya. I eat Thai food, but am wary of cheap places, so good clean Thai food suggestions please. I only ate at Chez Pascals which I like and has a divers menu. Hilton too expensive for daily . I loved Aquavit in Jomtien beach rd, so I suppose I could jump on a baht bus there and back ? ( they’ve changed to one way ??). How about the best British food ? I do love Indian too, but the only one I found clean is Indian by Nature in Jomtien. Yes, I’m a clean freak, which comes from running a very poplular restaurant in France for 38 years where hygiene is a big must. My favorite Thai was in Jomtien so I 5 , stuck onto immigration, but had to move. So now they’re in Banglamung and it’s called Sea Talay. Looks great and same staff. Can I get there with Baht bus from Dolphin roundabout ? If not too far can go with Bolt/ uber. Any suggestions very welcome.

February 5, 20251 yr If you can make it to Soi Buakhao there's loads of restaurants both Thai and foreign, trial and error, for Brit food can try Pitini, Hungry Hippo, Nicky's, Cheap Charlies, all popular and inexpensive. On Soi 21 just next to Buakhao there's a relatively new AC thai food restaurant, maybe try that
February 6, 20251 yr My favorite Thai food is walking distance from Dolphin roundabout. My favorite Indian restaurant is next to it, Honest Indian. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Kaycagvun.+(Thai.+Food.+)2002.,+99%2F1-2+Pattaya+Sai+Song+Rd,+Pattaya+City,+Bang+Lamung+District,+Chon+Buri+20150/@12.9443879,100.8891745,15z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x31029600180eb095:0xe1a70a8eb95e2578!8m2!3d12.9443879!4d100.8891745!16s%2Fg%2F11bxdxhvjk

February 6, 20251 yr Maesriruen on beach road next to Central they have 3 branches I know of but that one is easiest for you

On Naklua Rd. there is "Tortis Biergarten" (beer garden). But the 3 course menu of the day is too big for me. Be warned😊 A nice place I can recommend far on the eastside is "Samis International Restaurant". A mate swears for "Mickey Restaurant" on the eastside. Popular, often crowded. Dinnertime only. Meeting point on the eastside I only know from breakfast. Often too lazy to scoot from central Pattaya.
February 6, 20251 yr French food.. L Auberge in "Renu House".. 1st lunch menu is very cheap.. then a full range of various menus or plates, fresh, tasty, loads of french cheeses and Sunday buffet is amazing !! Better to book Indian by nature for Indian food is a must !! Nitan on Sukhumvit is far from Pattaya but good Thai food, pizzas and some other European food.. large range of coffees, excellent cocktails and various beers Building is nice to see (outside looks like a church).. better make a booking and reach on time..after 10 minutes delay your table is gone.. Have a nice day

February 6, 20251 yr If I were staying in your area, I would just jump over to Terminal 21 every day, huge choice of good restaurants, and even their food court, Pier something, has a great variety of good food, cheap!

February 8, 20251 yr Im dearly missing Cherry's restaurant on third road. I think they folded during Covid? Any recommendations for something like that? Another pre-Covid favorite of mine that has reopened is Buondi Italian Restaurant https://maps.app.goo.gl/mWzik2wcx6VqGe246 - excellent Italian home cooking (not pizza) at an affordable price.
