Obviously it needs to be shut down. That's hardly news. The question is, how should we proceed with prosecuting those who have been laundering money through it and working against the best interests of America.

Yes, this is nut to crack, in that the corruption was basically 'legalized'. There are layers upon layers of plausible deniability baked in the kickback schemes. Will any of the distributors and recipients be held to account?
