The Buddhist religion is not exclusive to Thailand. Although Thailand is predominantly Buddhist, this does not grant anyone the authority to dictate whether someone can or cannot have a tattoo of the Lord Buddha's head on their body.

Thanks for info. Yes, I agree the restrictions/the regulations should imply for goods against any illegal activities in my opinion. I find difficult to accept the tattoo to be recognised as goods because it is on the human skin permanently.

Forgive me for pointing out what I think is obvious. In a world (Thailand and other predominantly Buddhist countries) where it's totally acceptable to Bow low, even get on your face to worship an statue, (idolize the image.) but a tattoo of that person's image is unexceptable.
