Many thx...go in person or send an agent?

I would personally never use an agent, but it's an option if time/CW avoidance is an issue.

I have never used an agent but for health and aggravation reasons in this instance I may do so. Not decided.

But my question is if I send an agent is that ok/I do nor have to go actually in person?

If i do decide to go on person what documents /copies do i need?

I really appreciate your input.

You don't need to go with the agent.  TM47, TM30 and passport should be enough.  I've seen several recommendations for using the Bumrungrad hospital 90 day reporting service (https://www.bumrungrad.com/en/patient-services/business-center), it seems cheap (650 baht) and available to all, not only patients.  You would of course have to go there to submit and collect your documents.  I am sure other agents will pick up and return documents from/to your home.
