Yala: Security Officer Killed in Ambush

A violent attack occurred in the early hours of March 10, when a group of assailants ambushed and shot dead a local security officer, Sergeant Saudi Mahah, 45, in the district of Krong Pinang, Yala. The assailants targeted Sergeant Mahah as he arrived at his residence in the village of Kadudoh, Tambon Sae, at approximately 02:00.

A construction worker was left in shock after discovering a human skull detached from a nearby skeleton inside an abandoned railway station in Chachoengsao. Initially believing it to be a staged stunt for social media content, he hesitated to contact the police. However, upon further inspection, it became clear that theremains were real, with the deceased wearing what appeared to be a chef’s uniform.
