Police Appeal for Information About Murder Victim Found in Suitcase

Police in Ban Chang, Rayong, have issued on 18 March, an urgent appeal for information regarding three suspects believed to be connected to the brutal murder of a woman whose body was discovered stuffed inside a suitcase and dumped in a waterway near a local golf course.

 

The grim discovery was made on 7 February 2025, when authorities were alerted to the presence of a suspicious suitcase submerged in water near the golf course in Ban Chang District. Upon investigation, officers found the body of an unidentified woman inside, suggesting that she had been murdered before being placed in the suitcase and disposed of in an attempt to conceal the crime.

 

 

Ban Chang Police have now released images of three individuals suspected of involvement in the case. They are urging the public to come forward with any information that may lead to the identification of either the suspects or the victim.

 

The police gave the following descriptions:

 

Thai man with fair skin, a well-proportioned body, a potbelly, and a height of about 170-180 cm. and aged about 40 years.

 

The second case is a Thai man with a tanned complexion, a thin build, approximately 170 cm tall, and approximately 35 years old.

 

The third case is a Thai man with dark skin, thin build, pointed face, height approximately 155 cm., approximately 25 years old.

 

A reward of 50,000 baht has been offered to anyone who provides crucial information leading to the arrest of those responsible or the confirmation of the victim’s identity.

Authorities have not yet disclosed the cause of death. The investigation remains ongoing as police work to piece together the circumstances surrounding the murder.
