Residents of a village in Nakhon Luang district,  Ayutthaya, were left shaken after a disturbing incident in which a 24-year-old man was caught masturbating in public late at night.

The event occurred on the night of 18 April, along a road connecting the Chae O Market and Wat Mai Chumphon in Moo 2, Nakhon Luang Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. According to a Facebook post that quickly went viral, the young man arrived on a motorcycle, stripped naked by the roadside in a residential area, and began pleasuring himself without concern for passersby.

After finishing the act, the man dressed and fled the scene on his motorbike.

The explicit footage, posted by a local resident identified as Mr. Chanapai Kitwanni, 37, sparked widespread outrage and fear within the community. Mr. Chanapai recounted that around 23:30 while riding his motorbike home, he initially thought the man was hunting for field rats along the roadside. However, as he approached, it became shockingly clear the man was naked and engaged in a lewd act.

Mr. Chanapai quickly sounded his horn, drove past, then returned to film the incident as evidence. He also shouted at the man to leave, prompting the individual to hastily redress and speed away.

Residents, particularly women and parents, expressed concern over the safety of the dark and secluded area. Fearing that future encounters might lead to more serious crimes, locals circulated the footage in community warning groups and called on police to take swift action.

In response, Pol. Col. Chanapak Suwannachuen, superintendent of Nakhon Luang Police Station, ordered an immediate investigation. A team led by Pol. Lt. Col. Kittipong Kitkaojaroenkul and Pol. Lt. Col. Napoldej Pakahuan soon identified the suspect.

The man, referred to only as “Mr. C” for privacy reasons, was apprehended at his home in Bang Rakam subdistrict on 19 April. He admitted to being the person in the video, claiming he acted out of impulsiveness and a lack of self-control.

Police seized the motorbike used during the incident and conducted a drug test, which returned negative. Mr. C has since been handed over to investigators for legal proceedings.

And why is that funny? How will he have any evidence for a possible identification or arrest if not filming? Or maybe you are okay with such weirdos standing in every village and street. I guess you have no children, right?

Poor guy.

Just riding along mining his own business.

His monkey started to misbehave.

He did the responsible thing - parking his motorcycle

He then gave the monkey a good spanking.

and now he is an internet sensation...

Just a <deleted> no big deal

Don't clutch your pearls too tight as you might pass out.

Your concern for the well being of children is  laudable, however I think the more important concern would be why unaccompanied children would be out and about at 23:30 hours on a dark street.

The man is is most likely emotionally disturbed, but it not likely to  present as a  physical threat, provided one does not get too close, i.e. stay out of the splatter zone.

Yes, I get it, no one should not have to  be exposed to this. Mind you, I expect that there are some foreigners salivating over the possibility that they might come across a young man fully exposed in a state of excitement.

Probably a bit of jealously here from few because the dude can still get it up

Clearly, the man is mentally ill. Will he receive appropriate treatment? I'm doubtful.

To be fair, when you have any kind of weird public sex stuff, it isn't a worry just in that moment, these things tend to repeat and escalate.

So, if there is a guy naked and pleasuring himself in public, it isn't unreasonable to worry about what it might lead to if not addressed quickly.

It's good for the perp also, as he can hopefully get some help and not do anything like this again.

OK I can see why some might consider this inappropriate.  But fear? Must be a very impressive dong.
🤣

To be fair modern porn is exceptionally good these days, this was bound to happen.

I think a lot of the time, just getting in trouble and having the police speak to someone that first time is enough to stop it from escalating.

Good assessment! Did you get that out of the news article. You should try a career as a shrink.

And it´s sure a guy like this will only do it at 23.30 every time? But you and your normal life didn´t reflect over that, right?
