Recovery position is important to keep airway open.

Well, never heard of that, first aid courses I did was always recovery position, but I'm happy to accept your advice.  Cardiac arrest of course would need CPR , so not recovery position 👌

I was in a Moto accident years ago near Crazy House and the response from the locals was overwhelming. The only annoying part was the "oiiiiiis" and women yelling orders at the men.
