Donald Trump has slammed music icon Bruce Springsteen after the musician unleashed a slew of insults at the US leader during a concert in England.

 

President Donald Trump has launched a furious tirade at Bruce Springsteen, slamming the rock legend as a “pushy, obnoxious jerk” and a “dried out 'prune' of a rocker” after the musician blasted the US administration during a concert abroad. Springsteen, 74, took aim at Trump during a recent show in Manchester, accusing the US government of being “currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent and treasonous administration".

 

The blistering remarks didn’t sit well with the former President, who took to Truth Social on Friday to fire back at The Boss, telling him to “keep his mouth shut” while touring overseas. Trump fumed: “He should keep his mouth shut until he comes back from his little European vacation. What a pushy, obnoxious jerk. The guy’s a dried out ‘prune’ of a rocker.”
