I think the key to pizza, is just letting the oven (and pan) get hot for five minutes before you put the pie in. Same with reheating. 

 

I buy the cheese, pizza sauce and yeast at Makro. If I am going to spend time cooking, I'm going to save money doing it...

 

I use this, and as an aside, Jasco has pretty nice restaurant grade kitchen stuff.
