No, that was an armed insurrection, and the end of democracy as we know it.

This is "mostly peaceful protesting.":

Governor signs bill expanding special protections for illegal alien criminals:

And now the left wing Democrat Governor wants to give special protection to illegal criminals. What is with the Democrats that they love anarchy, lawlessness and the endangerment to the good citizens of the United States.

Arrested.webp

This will only work if the Marines have shoot-to-kill ROE. Light 'em up, Halls of Montezuma and all that.

Please ! They’re on guard duty!

It was actually a brilliant idea!

If the insurgents attack any Marines  the Federal Government will initiate

other peaceful actions.

The local Government will be powerless!

Trump's Role: While President Trump offered federal military assistance and publicly urged governors to "dominate the streets," he did not directly activate or deploy the Minnesota National Guard. He offered federal help to Walz, but Walz did not take him up on it”.

The operative word here is “Federal”.

In L A he has Ice and he’s obligated to protect federal operations and their facilities.

The left knew if They let in the feds In Minnesota they wouldn’t have control.

Short summary...  The Korean community in LA protected themselves from the lefty Rodney King rioters, in the most American way.

Koreans and Korean Americans took to the rooftops to protect their businesses because the LAPD didn't.  Much of Koreatown had been burned down prior to the emergence of the rooftop protectors.  About half of the total  property damage of $1 billion in the LA Riots was done to Koreatown.

The most striking feature of the Rooftop Koreans was that no looters or rioters were  shot or killed by them.  Their presence was enough to scare off looters because the looters feared the Rooftop Koreans would be more likely to shoot them than  police.

That said, two deaths were associated with the Rooftop Koreans.  An 18-year-old Korean American was shot by mistake by other Korean Americans and a Latino man was killed outside a shop, possibly by a rooftop Korean but most likely by a Latino gang member.

Remember, they’re not that bright.

They’re waiving Mexican flags and burning US flags.  Yet expect sympathy from the American people to remain in the US.

The rioters are biting the hand that feeds them.

Anti America! I never met anybody who loved my country burn its symbol !

Much like the National guard & Marines  presence in the federal property protection.

Its actions speaks volumes!

Unfortunately,The Red Green Alliance will learn from this and evolve into other tactics.

Hopefully The good guys are one step ahead of the insurgents.

Thanks ,California is on thin Ice.

Question Gemini ai:

”On the same note does the USA have a right to enforce federal Immigration law in California”?

Yes, the U.S. federal government absolutely has the right to enforce federal immigration law in California.

Here's why:

  • Supremacy Clause: Article VI, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution, known as the Supremacy Clause, establishes that federal laws made pursuant to the Constitution are the "supreme Law of the Land." This means that when federal and state laws conflict, federal law generally takes precedence.

Further:Gemini AI.

“On the same note if California obstructs federal authorities from enforcing immigration arrests , can the President send the national guard to protect federal buildings and federal agents” ?

Answer in short Yes,

“The President does have the legal authority to deploy federal forces to protect federal interests when state authorities are unable or unwilling to do so, especially when it involves obstruction of federal law enforcement through unrest”.

Mike You’re from Minnesota , You’ve seen

the Origin of the Summer of Love Riots with the Mayor & Governor Appeasing

lawlessness.
They let Minneapolis burn!

Trump called in NG & Marines to help out in guarding the facilities in LA .

A couple of  people here who supported Trump over the Left are in doubt of his tactics( despite  LAPD obviously standing down )to take on the Criminals!
Thoughts?

Back in MN Walz failed to call in the NG, he more or less said that they couldn't do anything. I think by bringing in the troops in LA that it will at least slow down the violence of the protesters. Really sad to see so many DEM politicians saying that it is a peaceful protest. Just like four years ago when they burned down 100's of businesses in Minneapolis.
