What's the level of Russian tourists at the moment compared to years gone by. Are there still signs in Russian all other the place?

Of course there are still signs in Russian, Hindi too nowadays.

Most Russians have gone home until the next high season. As hinted above. The level of Indian tourists has increased 10 fold.

Why?  Russians spent a lot of money in Thailand and are rarely involved in altercations with the locals. 

 

Imagine if they banned the British?  The news outlets would go bankrupt.  Still, nobody advocates for it because the majority are decent folk.

the guy is Russian i believe. not unknown on this forum for compatriots to dislike others from same country.

I was just curious because I noticed there were a lot of signs in Russian 10 years ago and curious to know if the trend had continued. Is it seasonal?
