In Bangkok, you can be pretty sure that water playing will be only from 13th to 15th. Other places might be different

July 12, 20251 yr Songkran is easy to avoid countrywide, just don't go to the celebratory areas. 2028 starts on a Monday, so simply avoid areas the Sat/Sun before, and a day or so after.
