How to open a Bank account in 2025?
I've seen a firsthand report on Facebook. But to make it clear, they are not unilaterally freezing funds. You must agree to it and sign a document stating so. But this person stated they had 800,000 frozen. When they went into their account the front page shows the full value, but when they click into their account the "available balance" is the total balance minus the 800,000 that is frozen. -

Community CAAT Urges Farmers to Register Agricultural Drones
Picture courtesy of Amarin. The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) is calling on farmers and agricultural drone users to register their equipment and operator credentials through the UAS Portal before drone flight permissions resume. In a bid to improve safety standards and promote sustainable drone technology in the agricultural sector, CAAT is encouraging all drone users to complete the registration process via the online platform at uasportal.caat.or.th, or through the “UAS Portal” mobile application, available on both iOS and Android. Air Chief Marshal Manat Chuanprayoon, Director of CAAT, said that clear operational guidelines have been established to regulate agricultural drone use. These include requirements for flight authorisation, drone registration, safety inspections and education on proper usage. The overarching goal is to enhance aviation safety, public security and the technological skills of Thai farmers. CAAT has collaborated with both drone operators and farmers to develop practical authorisation procedures and user manuals that are applicable in real-world agricultural settings. Importantly, the authority confirmed that there are currently no fees for registering drones, drone operators or obtaining flight permissions for agricultural use. This move is part of CAAT’s ongoing efforts to implement a robust regulatory framework that ensures safe and effective drone deployment in the agricultural sector.
