I'm thinking about leasing out my 75 m beachfront land located approx. 90km from Hua Hin. Would there be any interest from people on this board? The area is approx 1 rai, several resorts are located around the land and the land itself has 4 bungalows with which modest revenues are made.

This land would suit someone interested in a long term lease, with some investment better returns could be made.

Is that Phetchaburi or Prachuap ?

or do you mean 9km?

90km south puts this around Prachuap, 90km north puts it around Samut Songkhram if my map-reading is still good.

If it is the Samut side, I am interested.

Must be south of Hua Hin. The "beach" at Samut Songkhram isn't exactly a holiday destination (unless you like mud). Prachuap, on the other hand, has some lovely spots.
