Hi, was wondering if anybody could help me out. I am a holder of an azerbaijanian passport, studying in China. Am about to go home but as there's no flights from Beijing now i have to go through bangkok first. Will be there in transit for a week. My country needs a visa to enter thailand. Problem is that my passport doesn't have six months left on it and i can't get it renewed here. Will they let me in? I have a ticket proving i will leave thailand before it will run out. Do u think if i arrive in bangkok they would just let me in? Any suggestions very welcome cos i'm very worried about having to be in an airport for a week!!

What period of time is left on your passport ?

Passport runs out on the 9th, i arrive on the 2nd and leave on the 7th. All in july

You don't really stand a chance with such a narrow margin of time. Get a new passport fast. Thai requirement is 6 clear months. They are not usually too hardline but yours is just too touchy.
