I would like to buy/lease a condo/apartment/townhouse/house, in a good area and close to transport..

My budget is open, probably up to 5 mil, tops.

Is this possible? if so let me know what you have, location, price and pics.

I have tried a bank loan and even with a lot of assets tied up in this country, they wont even entertain it.

The condo would have to be something nice, well located areas, with some amenities like Gym and pool and food close by.

Preferably a one or two bedroom place with a kitchen and a balocony..

any advice appreciated.

You should be able to get something nice, 1-2 bed and central near the BTS for that price - but more chance with an older block, say about 10 years old. If u have time, I would go block hopping in areas that you prefer, as well as looking at online estate agents, as the agents don't always have full knowledge of what is for sale. You might also consider something away from farang traps like Sukhumvit where i think the prices are probably inflated.
