My dear, why don't you ask him to turn off his aircon for good and move out? Because living among other people clearly isn't healthy for you. You need the entire building to yourself.

People can also get notifications on their PC and phone, and seeing they're signed in, can respond from anywhere in the world. I don't comment hundreds of times a day like some here do, and they can also do the same things, seeing most everyone has their phone with them 24/7. Not good to assume.

It is a constant foisting of their fantasies. There are websites dedicated to the concerns of the conspiracy cultists and the regurgitation of nonsensical allegations and imagined events would be best served there, amongst their fellow cultists.

August 22, 2025Aug 22 Aside from leaving bags of trash in the hall (unless that's what everyone there is told to do), then I don't know why you care what he does. I rarely see or hear my (Thai) neighbours either. It's quiet and that's the way I like it.. I assume they think the same.

The strange things is that so many packages go in, every day...but... Nothing comes out....EVER..... Some day, the neighbor's house will burst at the seams. What can they be doing in there, with all those deliveries? And, how can there be room to walk without tripping over packages? I know they are nice people, but when will enough be enough? Addiction afflicts us in all forms. At least, they seem to be excellent consumers.

This is a big problem with this forum, it's obvious some here are bored, just looking for an argument to pass the time. I feel sorry for these guys, come to Thailand to sit behind their warrior keyboards all day and night, unable to enjoy life.

The maids had the door open when I walked by and when I returned two hours later they were still cleaning it. He was likely on a daily rate that included electric bills. Thanks to everybody who offered advice, especially those who suggested he move out. 🤣 I now have both sides empty once again and it's quiet.

It is one of the traps of condo ownership that one can get badly-behaved short-term tenants, although IMO running an aircon 24/7 does not meet that threshold, unless it is exceptionally noisy. People are different in their tolerance of noise, I tend to blank it out.

I remember having sex with this Filipina in a condo in London, and she was screaming in the throes of orgasm seven or eight times in a row. I thought it was charming, but I got this irate muslim chap come knock on my door to complain. Some people are very sensitive.

He's opted for porn and junk food same as home. Ahhhh maybe he is coding the next software program for NASA 👍👍

What is more likely is it was another one of those guys who does not belong in a tropical country who sits in an a/c room all day drinking wine and watching golfing and leaving occasionally to go eat at the expat food restaurant or go to some overpriced wine tasting shop... My old neighbor tried that and he lasted about 6 months before giving up entirely and moving back to California...
