BTW, the WSJ did not make any claim about the veracity of the letter, it only described the document. The description was accurate, case closed!

I believe the White House has asked for this document to be analysed, to proof it is a fake.

If the motion to dismiss is not granted, then they would enter the discovery phase by either side.
