Police and rescue teams responded to a violent incident at 01:30 on 22 September, at a BBQ restaurant in Soi Non Plabwan, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi. A 20-year-old woman, identified only as Ms B, was injured after being assaulted by her 35-year-old boyfriend, Mr Bell. Emergency responders provided first aid before transferring her to hospital.

 

According to Ms B, the attack followed an argument with Mr Bell, who had previously sent threatening messages stating, “You will die soon.” Upon meeting her at the restaurant, he physically assaulted her and continuously threatened her with a weapon. Ms B also stated that Mr Bell reportedly has connections with a journalist, who he allegedly contacts for support during disputes, though she could not identify the journalist.

 

Witnesses reported hearing Mr Bell say, “You’ve made me look weak; you’ve done this to me many times.” Observing the attack, one witness noted that Mr Bell brandished a revolver, making it unsafe to intervene. The witness then discreetly informed the restaurant owner and called the police. The weapon was described as a Smith & Wesson .38 calibre revolver, loaded with two rounds.

 

Police from Nong Prue station arrived promptly and apprehended Mr Bell at the scene. The firearm and ammunition were seized as evidence. Authorities have confirmed that the suspect is in custody and will face legal proceedings.

 

The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement will pursue charges in accordance with criminal law. Police continue to examine potential links involving the alleged journalist contact mentioned by the victim.

If they would punish these antisocial misfits accordingly, especially after previous violent situations, maybe it might lessen here. What he did, hitting then kicking the woman, would get him a couple of years in jail in the US. Add to that threatening with a weapon and it would be more. Way too many spineless cowards here venting their anger against women. Then they're photographed, sans shirt as usual, to show their cronies how much of a man they are. I feel sorry for the decent women living here, having to put up with being secondary at birth, then living with these types of animals around. One more reason my daughter will not be living here too much longer.

Lowest animal i have seen on video for a while. Hope the animal gets 10 years. The kick in the head should nearly have killed her.

The women end up being the breadwinners, and when they tell, lazy tatted up, ya bahh using alcoholic to hit road, this is what happens.

 

Wasn't but a month or two ago a Thai guy beat his GF to death. Apartment neighbors did nothing although she was screaming from the beating. Horrible. At least this lady is alive, for now.....

 

 

This is sad stuff.

When a woman gets involved with an abusive guy, she may not be able to extricate herself. 

Sometimes women choose poorly for themselves, but she is only 20 years old so lacks the maturity.

I didn't make comment to speak negative (prostitute) of Thai girls. I'm speaking from experience, knowing most Thai girls want someone looking after them and family, not a short time with payment. They would like someone who won't abuse or disrespect them.

Yeah, well  I didn't want to be at work either all those years ago, but one does what one needs to. Many of them seem happy enough in their work, having an abusive  man at home waiting for their share of the payout would spoil their mood.

Having the same name as me I was alarmed that I might be tarred with the same brush.  His girlfriend was also similarly so named.  Lest I am mistaken for the above, I must admit to never having hit a woman and my 83 year old body is unscarred with any tattoos.

Off and on I spent about 7 yrs in deep Isaan, a small village and several girls went to Pattaya area for "massage". They see new houses being built and figure, hey maybe I can do the same. Some are still there, others return to a normal life at home.
