The Kasikorn Bank that used to be at Avenue, where is it located now? I might have to go back there to update some details like passport nr/address.

Why does it need to be there, you can go to any branch in the country to do that.

If it is not there any longer and your account was based there, they will have written a letter to your registered address to inform you where it has gone to.  But as said above you should be able to do updates anywhere.  My inclination would be to go to the branch in Big C, Pattaya Klang, that is where my own account (Nernplubwan) was relocated to.   But maybe before anything give them a call perhaps?

Yes I went to a local branch in Korat back in May to update my passport details. Today I just randomly logged into my Internet bank(not the app) and checked my profile. It still had my passport number from when I opened the account some 15 years ago!   

Another tip.  Download a statement from the KPlus app.  On that is stated the branch where the account is held.

Didn`t stay at the original address for many years.....

On my statement it says owner branch: Central Pattaya Branch. So it might be located at Central Pattaya shopping mall?

I would say yes.  If in doubt give them a call.

Yes, otherwise it will say Pattaya Klang Branch

Go to, Pattaya Tai or Pattaya Klang now.

Sounds like yours is in Big C 2nd road? although could be Big C Sukhumvit  (3) whereas mine is Pattaya Klang Branch 

When I go back to Thailand in December I will first try my local branch in Korat and ask them why they did not update my passport number 😉

 

If they "cannot" I guess its time for a Pattaya visit 😎

Yes. Central Festival (2nd rd/beach rd).

My story:
2009 KBank at Royal Garden street level (gallery).
Some year: vanished -> 1st floor, small shack in the corner

Some year: gone, go to Avenue

Some year: gone, go to Central Festival 

Next month it will still be there for a visit hopefully,

Go there, no need to do any calls etc.

They have a unique queue service: get an SMS to your phone number before you are due.

 

Kbank has closed at least four branches while I was visiting Pattaya.

Last one was on Soi Buakhao, now beer bar complex.

Yep.
Sorry I have a picture mix of German and Thai.

But my statement is in Thai saying Central Pattaya branch.

And that is shown if you search:

Your bank book will indicate the original  address , in Thai on the first page ? I also had an account there ,now moved to Central.

Actually it's at Big C Extra.

It was part of R-Con Plaza beer bar complex before it was Kasikorn Bank.  The beer bars have been restored roadside at the rest of that frontage, but where K Bank was is a stand alone unit.  It is now Danny's Sport Bar.

The avenue branch closed many years ago and I have used the big branch on Pattaya Tai and the branch at Big C on Pattaya Klang for updates and services requiring an office visit.  Never had issues at either one and parking easier than Central Festival.  There is also a branch in Terminal 21.
