For those of you who actually own in your building, do you notice a real difference between the owner crowd and the renter crowd?

In a lot of condos, the contrast is pretty obvious:


• Owners stick around, take care of their units, and generally respect the building because they’re invested in it.
• Renters can be hit-or-miss—some are great, others treat the place like a short-term crash pad, especially when landlords don’t screen properly.

 

I’m curious how it is in your building. Is there a noticeable gap in behavior, stability, or overall atmosphere between owners and renters? Or does it all blend together where you are?
