Shoe Repairs - where has he gone ??

Does anyone know where the guy who did shoe repairs on soi Thep Prasit 17 has moved to ??   When I went to collect my shoes I found his work place there has been demolished  along with most other buildings pn that side of the soi .

I noticed a shoe repair guy set up in the entrance of Ratanakorn market, just up the road.

The guy obviously has no soul. He needs a good tongue lashing, bring him to heel.
