This was confirmed in a Newsmax interview on December 9, 2025, that he's investigating Ilhan Omar's alleged immigration fraud related to marrying her brother. Homan stated: "We're looking at it," and an HSI investigator reportedly told him there's "no doubt" fraud occurred.
