Lap Swimming Pool?

Featured Replies

Any suggestions for a dedicated lap swimming pool in Pattaya or Jomtien?.  The kind that has marked lanes and no recreational swimming.  Thanks.

There used to be a huge pool inside Mike Shopping Mall on Pattaya Beach Rd. that had lap swimming times.  I have no idea if it survived the renovation of the mall.

Believe that was the smaller mall

near Pattayaland and part of

Mike's Hotel? Not sure if it is still open

Wow, that is going back in time. Don't think it is available to the general public these days.

No need for a pool - swim laps at Pattaya Beach. Finish your workout and the working ladies along the beach will happily give you a rub-down and critique your stroke technique.

There are several very good reasons that very few people swim Pattaya Beach.  I do see a lot of people wade in waist deep who sure seem to be taking a leak .  But real swimming with your head in the water?  No thanks.

It was a joke. If I were seriously suggesting swimming laps there, I'd have included a tetanus shot and a hazmat suit.

Jomtien Condotel has a lap pool, not sure if outsider are allowed against a fee?

I thought so but i do see several people every day swimming there who are either very brave or very stupid.

Thanks. I found a photo of the pool.  Looks perfect.  I will check it out.  Maybe I can bribe someone to let me in early in the morning...unnamed.webp.3487b261e76ed80328d009ba5a4f3c6e.webp
