Amherst College Tuition(73K): Worth the free sex in Church?

Featured Replies

Dear Folks,

I just noticed that Amherst College is now offering free Smut-Skits at the Campus Chapel.

Would you have gone to Amherst College, back in the day, if they had been offering this same thing to you, and students like you?

Actually, the total cost for one year at Amherst is about USD92,000.00.

image.png.49aaad09a7226fc8656b14f21d590699.png

I just wonder why MONEY and VALUE has become so unrelated and skewed, during the past few decades, ESPECIALLY in America…!!!

I would bet that if any of these students were asked to do HARD Science, and I mean Natural Science, that most of these nitwits would fail.  These days, they are all into the Social Sciences, or so it most obviously seems.

How can these students, and people in general, have so drastically lost the plot about what might be considered some meaning and value in life.  Living a life based on meaning is a happier life.  Are these nitwits destined for happiness in life, one might wonder?

Here they are in a beautiful chapel, a beautiful building full of New England history, and they have made a mockery of the experience.  They should be appreciating the architecture and history.  Yet, they seem oblivious to where they are, or why they might be there. This is craziness? Or is this the OMEN?  Or, as we can see:  This surely is onanism at its best.

I remain, after watching this video…

Flabbergasted…

Regards, and I remain disappointed…in my fellow Americans…

Gamma

Note:  Still, I think the Blonde in the Pink Sweater (the one giving head) just might be worth 92K

"Amherst College was founded over two centuries ago to prepare young Christian men for the ministry..."   It appears Amherst is still doing so.

  • The good news, GG....if I may play a little Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce...is universities are likely going the way of the Dodo bird.   Education will be a choice or a pastime, once AI takes

  • I know Amherst well. Great place. No, back in the day nothing like that.

After a bit of searching, here is a far more interesting rundown of what it means to be in a liberal Liberal Arts school...

In today's Puritanical New England:

The long article is here:  https://freebeacon.com/campus/this-has-gone-way-too-far-videos-show-bizarre-sexual-ceremony-that-elite-amherst-college-pushes-all-first-year-students-to-attend/

But:  Is this really true???

I mean...

Twerking to "Superman Dick", the song, seems too unbelievable, even for Amherst College.

Yes,

But for anyone to consider holding a Smut-Show on the Chancel of a Chapel...

This seems far more like something we would expect from Rosemary's Baby, or in the Exorcist, or one of those films.

Have these young students no sense of proportion and no perspective about accepted conduct and mores.

I believe they are just completely ignorant, and therefore are unable to gauge the incongruousness of their performance and their behavior.

It seems to be a matter of ignorance and idiocy, rather than any intentional wish to push boundaries.

They seems so lacking in education, in fact.

No sense of propriety, as if they had been raised as wolf cubs, by some surrogate wolf mother in the forest.

Not even part of the acculturated sector of the human race.

Truly bizarre behavior.

And, it was the administrators, seemingly, that approved their scripts?

Also, I can tell you:  At Penn, even today, you would not find even one single undergrad imbecilic enough to waste their time attending, much less performing, in a skit or program such as this.  Nobody at Penn has time for such nonsense.

Lousy school, too, Amherst.

Not worth the inflated tuition.

And, a far overinflated sense of the worth of their school, for sure.

Go to Penn, Columbia, CalTech, MIT, but Amherst should be turned into a commune for new-age hippies...and then we should call in the Ohio Militia.

We did the same at Kent State, after all...

A great Mike Nichols film.

Nichols and Nicholson...and what more could one ask?

That was when Smith girls were real Smith girls.

I will re-watch the film, tomorrow, for the umpteenth time.

Such nostalgia.

The downfall of Amherst is when it chose to go coeducational in 1975.

Williams is a far better school, with serious students.

Haverford College also went coeducational, but at a later date.

Let the girls have their own schools, I say.

This is best for these small colleges.

Of course, I love the fact that Penn is coed.

Reason:  The girls at Penn are super serious students. Also, they are smarter by a long shot.

AND, most importantly, they do not waste time entertaining silly ideas.

We should kick out the girls from Haverford, at least.

The reason these schools went coed is due to economics, only.

They need a larger student base to draw from. They need more applicants.

If they open up to girls, then they have far more potential applicants.

But, girls, as we can see from the video I attached in the OP....are basically....brainless.

Who would kneel down before a fellow student, and before the student body, and I don't mean figuratively...

And fake fellatio?

At the very least, she should have given him the real deal, and caused a true scandal.

NEVER GO ONLY HALF WAY, i always say....

Yes, very amusing.

The lecturer has just accused the nitwit student of:  MORAL SELF-EXCULPATION....

Go back and listen to this at minute: 6:06

Haha....moral self-exculpation....INDEED....  He nailed it....!!!!

I hate these nitwit students who will not see reality for about the next 5 or 10 years....and then...

Reality hits them like a BIG PIZZA PIE....between the eyes....

Amherst, Northampton, Deerfield, Hadley, the whole area was great back in the mid eighties. Lots of fun and great local girls. U-Mass parties, D'Angelos, Sylvester's, Pearl Street, Steve's Ice Cream, The Brew Pub, Yankee Candle Factory, the hot tubs, skiing in Burlington, amazing memories.

This is obviously an American thing..

As a Brit, I have to confess that I have never heard of Amherst College.

Is it similar to Loughborough Technical College or something??

It's a New England thing, a very preppy thing.

Don't go to Amherst if you want a first-class education, and are not a complete commie...

Instead, go to Penn and get a top-flight education, maybe try The Moore School, The Natural Sciences, Medicine (Penn Medicine), and much more.

Amherst is completely RINKY-DINK-PINK  (Pinkos for SURE!!!)

Disgusting place, really.

And, the girls there are worse.

Or, the boys are girls, now, and I forget exactly what is going on there, and would not even want to know.

Let us wait for the next New York Post articles to drop.

By the way:

This guy Souza from India...

He attended Dartmouth College.

This is how he is easily able to wipe the floor with that runt of a student from Amherst.

My father attended Dartmouth.

I still have one of those wooden Dartmouth paddles designed for use in Dartmouth fraternities.

Dartmouth was once a great college.

Then, they let in the girls.

Anyway, compared to Dartmouth, Amherst is a garbage school.

I cannot be bothered to press the Cap Key, and then that other key, in quick succession, and then another Cap Key, so soon after all that work.

Yes.

As I said.

Amherst is NOT about academics.

It's about continuing the preppy experience in a warm and fuzzy 1960s commune environment.

Concerning school rankings.  Penn usually ranks around 10th or 12th, just below Harvard, Columbia, MIT, etc...

If you want to locate Amherst's ranking, then please first check the dumpster, and take a dive there.

Also, that nitwit school Brown University.

Just another similar crazy school where they recite poetry all day long.

Those schools are all the same.

That sounds like the New England experience, for sure.

I agree it was great....back then....

But, everything has changed now...

Except maybe for places like Chappaquiddick.

Without a lot of money, it's almost impossible to remain properly insulated.

I got all the sex education I needed at Ashton-under-Lyne Grammar School. for the sons of poor engineers and nurses. FREE of CHARGE. The UK Govt even gave me money to go to Sheffield Uni.

I don't know how true that fits all the colleges/degrees but I do read that the graduating students lately are having the most difficult time finding adequate professions.  It began this downfall IMHO due to O telling all the kids that a degree was necessary and pushed loans of hundreds of thousands of US dollars that many will never be able to repay.  Too many students opted for just any degree without thinking what they might be able to do with that.  My daughter asst CEO of a medium-company interviews folks for openings at her company.  They insist that prospective hirees must have some economics in their degrees and yet none of those people she has interviewed over the past couple of years can answer even basic economics questions.  In addition, she says that ALL of the prospective interviewed folks are very unhappy with the salaries proposed so she says not many folks are being hired by her company.  She says that all those interviewed say that they could not live and survive on the salaries mentioned especially if they lived anywhere near that company.  I myself never went to college as my family could not afford it so I went into the military (and VN which began while I was in basic training).

Why do you LIE so much?!?

Amherst College is ranked in the US News and World Report as second in the nation among liberal arts colleges.

Brown is a great school too.

Way too expensive? Without any doubt.
