Trump’s Board of “Peace”

Featured Replies

First of all, its first meeting is being held in Washington rather than Gaza.

Of  13 members, 7 are ‘not free, and only 5 rated as ‘partly free’ and one as ‘free’: Argentina, by Freedom House.

The who’s who of world authoritarians is Egypt, Turkey, Israel, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.

Partial authoritarians are Albania, Hungary, Indonesia, Kosovo, Pakistan and bastion of freedom, Argentina, ranking 85/100.

It is unclear whether any of these countries gave up a billion dollars of their taxpayers’ money, as was first announced.

Where is Palestine, recognized by 153 of 193 member states of the UN—over 80%? Where are those 153 countries? Moreover, where is the United Nations?

That would be the appropriate venue for any such discussions to decide the fate of another sovereign nation.

And force Israel to rebuild what they have destroyed. Lives, however, cannot be resurrected.

Trump delivering world peace and holding dictatorial socialist regimes to account is clearly triggering to team woke. Why could the democrats not deliver these amazing results that the Trump admin are regularly delivering?

Its a really really bad time to be a lefty scumbag dictator in the time of Trump 2.0

Hm. Maybe Bored of Peace would be more appropriate to Trumpworld. 575 Palestinians have been murdered by the IDF since the ceasefire.

The European Union, UK, Germany, France and the Vatican will not participate. Canada's invitation to join was revoked after Mark Carney's blistering speech denouncing Trump at Davos (Yay, Canada!).

It is unclear whether UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar in Paraguay sit on the Board as voting members or observers.

None of these members appear to be leftist scumbags.

Of course, it's a board chaired by Trump. What could go wrong? 😁

This just in: The Board of Peace will allow to US to build a military base in Gaza. There are already almost 900 foreign bases in America's necklace of skulls worldwide.

What a productive first step! This will really help Gazans! /s Might have been more useful if it was built as the war started to mediate both sides. Of course, this was never, and is not now, the US intention.

In the past, these countries would be considered part of an axis of evil. What does that say about Murikkka, now aligning itself with the such?

As long as they pony up that bill, Trump's a happy camper. That money will go pretty far rebuilding Gaza in his own name for his personal profit.

According to Trump 5 billion has been "pledged" so far, don't know if that means paid or promised.

(Bloomberg) -- President Donald Trump said founding member countries of his Board of Peace have pledged more than $5 billion toward humanitarian efforts and reconstruction in Gaza.

How the Board of Peace Can Impact Your Finances

While the Board of Peace may not, at first glance, seem like a catalyst for change in your bank account, global trade, supply chains and corporate earnings may very possibly be stabilized — or disrupted — by this global organization that does not have clear layers of oversight and regulation. Potential global instability created by the Board of Peace could then spike American energy prices, break supply lines and weigh on U.S. exports. In turn, those ripple effects could then spread to stock prices and retirement savings accounts such as 401(k) plans.
