Bluecat
If you drink Thai beer, which one do you prefer to drink? Singha beer Chang beer Leo beer ... In terms of taste, I prefer the Chang beer but it gives me headaches. The Leo beer, I drunk a few times only with the same results. So far, the only one that does not make me sick is the singha beer. But this is not the one I like most in terms of taste.

appleman_thai
Beer Singha but more for the effects rather than the taste! But if I could get my hands on some beer Lao I would be really happy - that stuff is awesome! Someone told me recently that it was made from rice! Crushdepth
Chang for taste, but I wish it wasn't so bloody strong. I drink light beer in Oz ! I cannot bear Singha. It's not that it tastes bad, I just seem to have some sort of reaction to it - two glasses = hangover. What the ###### do they put in that stuff ? BTW: Is it possible to buy light beer in Thailand ? Edit: Hey ! Since when is h.e.l.l. a word that needs censoring ??!?

drummer
You know, in Portland, OR right now they have a Brewers Festival going on. They have 100 of the best beers you ever had for THB 40 a glass. I reverve final judgement 'till I get the chance to have one in Dublin, but several of them are better than Guiness. But, when in Thailand, I'd have to say Singha. Drinking Chang beer somehow makes me feel like I've stayed up for 3 days as I'm drinking it (not while I'm drunk on it, just while its in my mouth) Of course, ones man's poison... No wonder, you like it here, cdnvic.
