True story:

-Trump imposes a 50% tariff/tax on Canadian aluminium and starts buying from his new friends in the GCC area.

-Canada shrugs and starts selling their aluminium in Europe.

-Trumps starts a war with Iran. Iran starts hitting aluminium producers in the GCC area.

-The US imports around 60% of it's aluminium, and a lot of it comes from the GCC area.

-Canada is operating at full capacity, and both won't and can't switch back to supplying the US.

-US importers, who already pay more than other countries for aluminium, see their prices increase even further, which of course means American consumers pay more for basically everything.

This is what in plain speak is called a complete and utter s**t show, and the s**t show is produced by one person. Be sure to thank him, will ya!

Yeah, I'm guessing a few Canadians will enjoy reading about this. And not only Canadians, of course.

Trump tore up the former deal they had with Iran, a deal that was made by President Obama. Trump tore it up because he is an insecure little s**t who did it out of spite, malice and jealousy.

Now he's crying to reinstate the exact same deal. Someone send him to Tehran. He needs to go, now, alone.
