does getting (semi) ripped make it harder to sleep?

Featured Replies

Have any of you dealt with persistent insomnia after exercising harder for a period of several weeks?

ChatGPT said that men with a body fat percentage of like 8% or less can get insomnia.

But I doubt my body fat is low to that degree. These days, I usually show some abs, but my buttocks still feel like jello.

Not dieting at all. Eating as usual, including some junk food.

>>> No.

>>> Yes, due to age most probably.

>>> Will not give 2good results even with workouts.

Just my 2 cents
