Hi

I'm interested in renting joint home and office space. I don't know if this is allowed in Thailand.

I would need around 3000-4000 square feet (278-371 square meters). Enough space for me and five to ten employees. Only I would be living there.

The location should be within 10 mins walk from a Sky train stop.

Broadband internet connection is essential. It should be possible to obtain a connection. I'm not sure if this is a problem for some locations so I mention it here.

I have no reason to show off so I don't care for a flashy office or apartment. This space is purely functional. I saw a news article on television which stated Thais were not interested in living in 'old' buildings and many buildings completed shortly before the 1997 crash were not occupied. Somewhere like this would be fine for me.

Anyone have any suggestions for suitable areas and an estimate of monthly costs?
