I have been eating pies and pasties from sloanes for 2 or 3 years but recently the quality seems to have deteriorated.

Just had my first Bowman's Steak and Kidney , too " Peppery " for my liking .
Checked the ingredients out , " Mustard , Red Wine , Herbs and Spices "

Nice pastry and plenty of meat.

Was already wondering how you can't find pies in CM...

I have just discovered the Sloanes range of pies etc and think they are great, especially the pastry which goes well with a meaty oxo and Bisto gravy, so I will continue buying them until such time as I find something better, if at all!
