Biden might have been insincere in his ability to lead the American people, Trump however is insincere when it comes to stealing billions of dollars and fulfilling any of his promises that he made during the campaign. Trump is a low life pig who is way past his prime. Biden was a fairly sincere man who was past his prime, and just incompetent, big difference.
